Holy Spirit Rosary

As a 3w2, reading Sacred Enneagram by Christopher L. Heuertz, I was struck by the value of engaging in solitude to disconnect from the world and, instead, connect with God. When Lent began at the end of February, I decided that I would spend 40 days engaging with God in a new way.

I began reciting a modified Holy Spirit rosary as a way of staying engaged during my morning and evening prayer times. Though I pray throughout my day, this 20-minute practice in solitude has helped to ground me in scripture and has created an overwhelming peace in my heart.

If this is something you feel may benefit you, feel free to listen to my recording above. Guided prayer and meditation were completely foreign to me before this practice, so it felt a little uncomfortable for the first few days. I would encourage you to try it for a few days and see if you notice any changes in your ability to remain engaged and focused throughout the prayer practice.
